The Bay Episode 3 sees Lisa try and get more information from Sean regarding Nick, but he is insistent that he has nothing to do with his disappearance. The police figure out that Nick has an alibi due to phone records and location, removing him as the suspect, but the question remains, where is Nick? Lisa Armstrong (Morven Christie) is to ask Sean if he knows where Nick is, as he was one of the few to understand that he was a prime suspect. The Bay aired its series finale – but viewers still have lots of unanswered questions As Sean confronts her over the dirty secret they share together, Armstrong quizzes him over just where the £8000 came from. The first port of call for D.S. Lisa speaks to her boss, and he reveals the DNA under Dillian’s fingerprints is Holly making her the suspect of her own brother’s death, despite the fact she is missing as well. Quite what The Bay has in store for us next week is anyone’s guess but given the big reveal about Holly, I’d assume we may just get some flashbacks before long to give us the crucial clues needed to solve the puzzle. A break in the case sends the police scrambling again, as an ominous, dry blood stain throws even more question marks into an already messy case. Sean and his friends dump Nick in the middle of the road, bloodied up. The Bay Episode 3 tentatively opens up the world, feeding us drips of information as nothing is what it seems. Let’s hope The Bay delivers as the mystery is certainly reaching the point where we could do with some much-needed answers.
To worsen matters with the grieving family, Lisa is asked to take DNA from them at this late stage of the investigation. Some revealing CCTV footage appears to puts the blame squarely on Ryan’s shoulders but for now, things are still incredibly unclear over just what’s happened to the girls.
